And I think a lot of still relatively good Macs don't support GG or even Tahoe.

The design of Liquid Glass in macOS 27 has dramatically leaned in to HDR-based highlights that can only be experienced on a high-end HDR-capable or OLED monitor. There's a whole axis of the design of the OS that you're missing out on if you're on an older display, so I made the plunge to learn more.
Any 'glass effect' or 'vibrancy text' views get HDR highlights automatically, and they're *gorgeously* 'pop'-y. It's not possible to represent fully in screenshots
